Are you ready for the CB January show of the month?

Ready? Are you really ready? I sure hope so, because it is time for the grand unveiling of the Cleveland Bachelor January Show of the Month. Making it all the more special is that, for the first time, Cleveland Bachelor has partnered with Music Saves to bring you something particularly special.

This month's featured show is ...

The Rural Alberta Advantage, with openers The Octagon (Brooklyn) and Buried Wires (Cleveland)!

I'm super-excited about this visit from the Toronto headliner, having missed their last performance at the Beachland. Add to that the opening lineup - NYC's The Octagon has a great and gently jaunty fuzz rock sound while much of the Clevo indie aristocracy seems quite impressed with local newcomers The Buried Wires.

As usual, there will be more info about the show and the participating bands coming in the next couple weeks. For now, though, mark your calendars:

January 17th, Beachland Tavern, 8:30 PM (Doors at 8), $10*

*Advance tickets are only $8 AND if you get them at Music Saves, you can score some sweet Rural Alberta Advantage swag. My advice is to pay Cleveland's best indie rock store a visit some time in the next 13 days.
