Emerging Cleveland

The folks at Emerging Cleveland recently announced the booking information for their annual holiday tour about town. The organization's overall mission is to introduce students and young professionals home for the holidays to new and exciting developments in Cleveland. They've been doing that for a half-decade now and this year the tour takes a broader view of all the change that has come to Cleveland in that handful of years.

Here are the dates and times of this year's tours:
Saturday, December 26, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Sunday, December 27, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

I've been hearing about these tours for a couple years now and never really fully was sure what the deal was. Having received some information and learned a little more, though, I think it is a great deal, and encourage any of you reading this who don't live in Cleveland proper and are thinking about moving closer or have family and friends coming in from the holidays who might some day come and join us in our little slice of Rust Belt heaven to check it out. Heck, if you already are a Clevelander and wonder what the development around town looks like on the ground, you might dig it to.

Tickets are $10 a pop and that goes to renting and fueling the bus transportation for the day. Those interested should click here for more information.
