They're baaack...

Greetings to all you vinyl toy enthusiasts out there. You probably know about this already, at least if you are a vinyl toy enthusiast worth your own salt, but just in case you didn't (or you need the reminder), this Thursday is the official release of the latest Kid Robot Dunny series.



The new 2009 series features 20 all-new designs from as many great artists, many of which have created some of your favorite Dunny sculpts from previous years, including Amanda Visell, Andrew Bell, Amy Ruppel, Brandt Peters, Dalek, Devilrobots, Gary Taxali, Mori Chack, Huck Gee, Jeremyville, Kozik, Kronk, Luke Chueh, Mad, MR. Shane Jessup, Shawnimal, SupaKitch, Travis Cain, and Thomas Han.



This year's most sought after models include Devilrobots' To-Fu Head Son and Mori Chack's Gloomy Bear, plus a new bunch of wild figures equipped with the accessories necessary to wreak havoc on your collection.



Keep an eye out for 2 chases that slipped into the line-up, plus Golden Tickets redeemable for an elusive 3-inch Dunny by the NYC-based artist Pon that won't be available for sale anywhere!



Shoparooni, the Cleveland area's sole handler of these products, will be having a pre-release party from 6 to 9 PM on WEDNESDAY (i.e., 24 hours before the rest of the world can buy these suckers) where attendees can buy the new boxes, decorate custom Dunny cookies, trade previous extras with other attendees, and win a bunch of prizes sent over by the fine folks at Kid Robot.
