The last few years the Poetry Center at Cleveland State University has been kicking total ass, bringing us the finest young academic poets in the nation month after month for really spectacular readings. If poetry readings - or even writing in general - is your jam, make an effort to catch one of their events. They just released their fall reading schedule and there are some particularly good events, especially the 11/19 event featuring writers whose work CSU has recently published in their monograph series. In other words, top shelf literary entertainment ... for free. Check it out!
